I've always wanted a waterbear pokemon, although maybe making it actually somewhat ursine and giving it six limbs, like pic related but with more of a bear face, and then give it like 200hp and great defenses, lower offenses and slow as shit, but better attack for Leech Life, abilities would be something like Sap Sipper/Filter/Sturdy.

Cubbug > Tardibear > Ursagrade

Comes to 530, which seems to be typical for a starter. Could even minmax even more and give it like 5 speed and 100 attack, or more if you drop spa
