Guess what, they did a new Gen pair, a rehash expy and a remake of sorts (given how much exactly got recycled from DP lorewise and storywise, kinda like how LGPE was a Yellow remake, with new MC's).
And they still need a game for christmas - something to entertain kids, who already got Legends earlier in the year (this isn't the 80's any longer, kids get multiple games a year compared to when I was a nipper and you got two a year - birthday and christmas). But sure, the zoomie seethie on 4chins crying about how shouting made Game Freak give her toy back is right, not the man who's watching and understanding what they;'re up to, as he wasn't brainwashed into thinking the kiddy toy was ever solely his as he experienced it as a teenager initially and saw how hard it was geared to children, even back then. Less than 3 weeks, we'll see who's right but something tells me it's not going to be the cherry-pickers.
