But do you see how game mechanics suddenly don't matter anymore when you lose? BST are also far more objective than levels, which have to take into consideration level curve, post-game, and other factors - aka factors that have nothing to do with the Champion themselves.

Reminder that based on their first battles, BW1 Alder has the highest leveled team by far.
Reminder that Alder is canonically far stronger in BW2 despite his levels dropping by 15.
In-game stats(level or BST) have no bearing on canonical strength whatsoever, as it turns out.

Rematches exist for a reason and in-game teams are the ONLY way to compare champions that havent fought each other and have no real feats except losing to the PCs (.. or losing to Fug or losing to Eternatus, in some cases)
And Cynthia has the strongest team, with the lvl 88 Garchomp on top of that. So thats the best comparison you have right now.
