It has. PKHex show it.

If your stat has 10 GV on a 31IV on PKHex, it shows a red light, while at 7 GV with 31 IVs, its green. If your IV is, lets say, 25, you can go 8 GV. The lower your IV is the higher your GV can be.

IVs aren't used for actual stat calculation, all pokemon of a certain species have the same stats across the board (when at the same grit levels and depending on nature). IVs are used only to calculate initial grit level.

well if you actually play the game, you can boost every stat of an alpha to 10 so whatever the fuck is going on with pkhex is fucked

Like the anon above said, they're not used in stat calculation, only to determine the initial grit levels.
They're likely only there to accomodate transferring to Home.

IVs and abilities are just there temporarily to ensure compatibility with pokemon home. They will be fully removed in gen 9 and all games going forward.
