I want to evolve my starmie. I have fisherman tully on my pokegear and according to wikis he only calls on sunday afternoons? ive rematched him and his quilfish a bunch by calling him myself multiple times but he wont give me the stone
what do i have to do? do i have to wait for him to call me? am i doing something wrong?
