>>49577263>CGCSo that's why all these photos I keep seeing on cards-related articles look like this:
https://www.cgccomics.com/Resources/images/grading/trading-cards/trading-cards-superior-holder.pngIs PSA more trusted or just more expensive? I'm from EU by the way, I know a few stores in my city that also run collector circles but their grades are probably worthless and I bet they aren't any cheaper either.
>I'm not sure if you can even get them graded>is considered a form of damageThat's a bit sad, I got like 3 or 4 doubles I didn't laminate and a lot of non holos too, I bet these ones aren't even worth the grading cost though.
>the biggest hittersI was all for big numbers, among the non holos I got these 3 too. This Magneton got a funny story behind, it is the only card I ever got with money instead of trading (of course I used to buy packs from stores but never single cards from people), I paid using my lunch money and in installments over a week, keeping secret from my parents. The vendor was a jerk and one of the worst bullies of the school (it was probably a stolen card) but it was a card I really needed for my deck, it cost me the equivalent of 20 euros which was a lot for me at the time.
I still haven't found my Water and Earth energy cards, there must be another card collector case somewhere in my basement where I keep the rest, there should be some more nice card in there, or so I hope.
>>49577883I used to play matches at school and Machamp, my first holo ever, kept getting dirtier and dirtier, I cleaned it a few times with coins as most of the kids were doing back then but at some point it was just too dirty it didn't work anymore, it's not very visible from the photo but it's corners are very dirty. I decided to laminate any new holographic cards to avoid the same kind of damage, since they're easier to clean this way.
