it's only in america and they dropped it by gen 3. catching hardly matters anyway, oh wow use false swipe and then spore/hypnosis and chuck 50 ultra balls on a legendary, how fun. and catching normal mons is just somethin that leads to battling with said mons, or hm slaves.
