They put it in a game where it'll likely be exclusive, or at least fairly exclusive, as cum bait to get cooners who may not have been sold on the game to buy it. It's a win-win too because it's a femme, cutesy (and, of course, for some Asian or Eastern) design that'll encourage other demographics who may have also been on the fence to buy the game as well.
It's why it doesn't feel like a monster but almost explicitly like an asain female dancer.
