>>.49561822>>.49561822>>49561845>>49561845In short, I think Weavile loses a lot of the specific elements that I like about Sneasel (the asymmetry, the larger hands/claws, the claws being two fingered, the longer arms, the smugness), especially in the 3d model which makes it's legs/arms extra stubby; but on the flip side while Sneasler retains those elements from Sneasel, it's too lanky, the color scheme is iffy, both in terms of color choices and using two different purples, the face marking, etc.
I think I like them equally, but Sneasler with better proportions, colors, and color arrangement could have been the 10/10 dream Sneasel evo I've always wanted.
Pic related shows some edits but I'm not happy with them, I'll post some fan edits artists did that I think have promising ideas after
