Battle Frontier is overrated and is almost unplayable without using speed up in an emulator and hacking to skip gen 3/4's garbage IVs and EVs QoL
gen 5 is incredibly mediocre at everything and gen 6 is just a slightly better version of it in every way except the story
gen 7 is objectively the best from a pure single player campaign standpoint and is the only one that has any level of difficulty beyond braindead A button mashing
the gamecube games are shittier than every game freak game
