Hisuian Goodra is really terrible, like sliggo is fine but the bug shell on Goodra just sucks so hard, I don't wish this on any pokemon

We should've gotten a different evolution instead a la Runerigus. Hisuian Sliggoo was great and actually looked new and distinct, Goodra is literally just normal Goodra with a shell on its back. Utter disappointment.

It have the ability to control the hardness of it's shell. It's in the pokedex itself. That tells you that it's shell could be soft as a bed for all we know.

I'd assume that the population in Kalos simply didn't have to deal with the circumstances that necessitated Goodra to have a developed shell and over time the species favoured members with smaller and smaller shells until eventually they just lost them entirely. Either that or the opposite where the Kalosian variant is more closer to the shared common ancestor in appearance and it was in response to the environment of the Hisui region (climate and wildlife) that Goodra had to develop sturdy shells to ward off predators.

Would honestly like to see a variant of Salamence that didn't really develop out of its shell, instead taking on a sort of Donphan approach where when threatened it would be able to tuck its head in and retract its limbs and roll at high speed, you could imagine that the wings instead developed into defensive spikes along its side which in its rolling state would basically be like kneecappers on vehicles.

Ancient Kanto. Really lean in to the Godzilla inspiration.
Keep the general design of each form. Lavatar and Tyranitar are more fleshy and have noticeable scales. They are all much larger. If it was in PLA a small AK-Lavatar would be the size of a normal Rhydon. Tyranitar would be over 60ft tall.
Get rid of lava's horn. replaced with a longer tail and bumbs down his back
Pupitar looks more like a large Xenomoph egg. keep the color, change the spikes to...gooy shit that you would see attached to an egg that anchors it to walls. Have it glow internally for it's animations. Tyranitar would have more spikes down his back that glow. He is more focused on Sp Atk(beams), but with the with Egg/tutor moves, EV training, IVs and correct nature he can do
physical based moves.
Shiny form is based off Burning Godzilla, fuck referencing the original.
