This is the first time that we have a legendary so clearly inspired by Greco-Roman mythology, which is however the richest and most epic.

I'm pretty pissed at the lack of variants this time around, I'm glad starters had variant third evos, though samurott and cyndaquil are low effort as fuck, but still it's pretty lacking on that front

>no pre-parasite'd paras
>no infernape variant
>no psyduck variant
I don't know man, I'm pretty disappointed about this part of the game seeing as it's what they nailed in the last two gens, even tho they were shitshows overall except for that part

It's not like this game was ever going to get the amount of attention that an actual new gen release does honestly, so there being as many new designs as there are already is a miracle. I get your frustration though

I can understand about spending money on the new world and mechanics and what the game looks like, but mons are forever, you'll be able to get (or exchange it somewhere probably) an alolan vulpix in the next gen
