Are there lawyers in the pokemon world? Can i sue another trainer for hurting my pokemon in battle? Considering there's no consent and you're forced to battle AND give your money if you lose, i feel like thats a pretty strong case.

Pokemon is actually a post apocalyptic setting, cops and pokemon centers are maintained by the cities which politically function like city-states, so they organize for protection and essential services, but outside of that it's a lawless world, that's how team rocket can operate their mad schemes with no large-scale police or justice to hold them back.

Trainers just go behind trees to shit since they spend most of their time outdoors in the woods camping and looking for wild Pokemon anyway. The use water type Pokemon as bidets to clean themselves.

The one thing I wanted to sue other trainers for is for unlawful pokemon capturing blocking.

How many times has that little shitter Ash prevented some guy from legitimately capture a legendary, or even normal pokemon.
Think on all those pokemon hunters, specially in the pokemon films, that got her catch fucked because they were blocked when trying to capture a pokemon.
