Emolga is the only one I've come even close to liking as much as Pikachu.

I think the problem is that all of these were born after their shitty redesign of the original Pikachu, so I don't have the same thing I have with Pikachu where I have fond memories of the time where it's design wasn't shit.

I look at Shinx and think it would have been great as a starter. But then I'm glad it's not a starter, otherwise Luxray would be a bipedal leftfield clownfuck instead of a natural satisfying form progression.

Very close between Pichu and Emolga for me, and Raichu and Pachirisu are up there as well. Togedemaru and Dedenne are the only ones I don't really care much about.

My favourite is either Plusle or Minun, probably Minun (in part probably because my first Pokémon game was Ranger).
My least favourite is definitely Morpeko, I hate that thing.

Pichu is the original Pikaclone, a staff member (I think Sugimori but I'm not 100% sure) has literally talked about how they're all cutesy electric types that are Pikachu-esque and that's their "role".
Marill doesn't even look like Pikachu.

I really don't care what the Gen 9 Pikaclone is but I'd like whatever it is and some of the prior generations to get some evolutions.

Before Gen3 and the invention of the word Pikaclone. Marill was considered by everyone as the Mikachu of Johto. Even nicknamed Pikablue.
And the first reveal of Azurill was another proof of it. The cute elemental mouse that had one evolution got a baby in the next gen.
Actually, at that time, people expected Gen3 to have a fire type mouse to complete the elemental trio (like Vaporeon/Jolteon/Flareon or Entei/Raikou/Suicune)
