Legends: Arceus has a lot of dialogue but it says something that there's actually a GAME to be had if you stripped the dialogue and cutscenes. The same can't be said for Alola being such a barebones, small, shit region. Not to mention most of the dialogue actually serves to support the characters' personalities rather than just say the same thing over and over again. In SM Lillie/Hau take up like half the dialogue alone. In PLA it's a lot more even.
Totems are also done way better in Alpha/Noble Pokémon.
Kanto pandering is at an absolute minimum.

Ohmori not having a key role really helped PLA become a decent game. This game just makes me hate Sun and Moon even more than I already did. What truly awful games, I'm glad we're gone from that.
