The art direction was stale with mediocre textures, you could immediately see another gameboy-style world incoming despite supposedly being a 3D console game (all the buildings again front-facing the same direction, numerous fences railroading routes into linear hallway segments), battling still looked the exact same, more bobblehead starters, and to top it off, a shot of the MC in a fucking soccer uniform. Anyone with half a brain should have recognized we were in for another mediocre game, this never looked like it would be anything more than the XY of the switch.
