>>49622824I think they're making them more ambiguous as the series goes on. Gen 5 and 6 they are supposed to be teenagers, Gen 7 they're kids again, in SwSh you can't really tell. The only indication of Rei and Akari's age is that they're told they "look about 15", so they could be a little older or younger than that too. And yet they're still as short as children.
