>>49627849you are not wrong. i do think that LA is one of the better entries in the pokemon game spectrum. but i feel it lacks both graphically(hot take i know), and diverse items. most times when i play large open world RPG's i appreciate going off the beaten path and rewarded for doing so by getting rare drops. they do some rare drops, but it doesnt feel rewarding enough.
maybe you get a random side story that fun to do
maybe you find a rare delta species pokemon
maybe you find a pokemon with a move that it cannot normally learn or it resists is normal weakness.
