>>49630813>rain on cameraDroplet effects like this only make sense when the "camera" they are falling on or running down is meant to genuinely be a discrete, physical object within the game world; droplet effects on screen just because the game is played in 3rd person perspective is retarded and doubly so when they're running down a MENU screen that's supposed to be an abstraction of your character's thoughts/control options, not a physical object in-universe. It's immersive (to a degree; done excessively it's obnoxious even in torrential downpours where it makes logical sense) when the perspective is from behind an actual camera, or a visor, or a vehicle windshield, etc but never when it's just the player's viewpoint on its own. Reeeee.
