>>49720873I partially retract this; if the little head could be trained or conditioned to recognize you as neither a threat nor as food, or if the front head could volitionally keep the tail flagged in a safe direction, you wouldn't need to muzzle it, but the substance of the point remains since that's still much more care and caution than you'd need to exercise than if you were fucking, say, a Vaporeon.
