Single Player fag here so feel free to disregard everything i say as uneducated, I like Z-Moves, but i feel they should all been like Status ones that improve and/or add secondary effects rather then "LOL NUKE" ones. Z-Conversion Porygon was fun as hell. It was also more flexible with if you wanted to use a different "Ace" to be decked out with the gimmick compared to Megas (Can't Mega evolve a pokemon without a Mega evolution, so your choice is actually pretty limited).
D/G-Max feels kinda bloated like it is trying to both at once but not being as interesting as either, but have the benefit of actually being pretty limited in usage across the game unless you raid.
Ultimately i think Z-Moves edge out for me because you could do some fun shit with shitmons with them while Megas are at the bottom simply because of how it is limited to a select few mons (I don't hate Mega Evolution, i just think it was the least fun gimmick), D/G-Max has the advantage over it in that EVERYTHING can use it, even if only a few select mons get the Cosmetics and Snowflake effects (That may be worse then standard) of G-Max form, though im fairly certain there are less G-Max forms then Mega Forms, regardless of how you count "Dupes". Another factor is that you actually don't get that many opportunities to Dynamax before the End-game unless you Raid, so it is a bit more special to press the button whereas you get Normalium Z real early in SMUSUM and the Megaring and Lucario and Kanto Starters are not that far XYORAS either IIRC and once you them they are mainstays and always available.
Basically ultimately i think all of them do things well, but Megas suffer most because there is no Mega-Bidoof or Mega-Rattata and if i can't use the gimmick on my favorites anyway what is even the point?
