Yes; this is a serious tier list. Each protagonist represents their game and I will explain my choices, starting with the "Strong" category:

>Red
Collected 8 Kanto badges, beat the elite 4 and became champion...the bare minimum.

>May
Same as above. Did also beat the Hoenn battle frontier in Emerald though.

>Dawn:
8 badges, elite 4, champ and a smaller battle frontier.

>Hilbert, Serena and Gloria:
See Red.

Moving on to "Stronger" we have:

>Gold:
Beat 16 badges and Red. He is objectively better than Red.

>Lyra (HG/SS):
In addition to the above, beats Sinnoh's battle frontier. Kinda weird that it isn't in Sinnoh, but if it looks and sounds like a duck, well...

>Both gen 7 protags:
They don't get badges, but they do beat Red, Blue, Cynthia, their region's champion and in USUM they take on every villain in the series.

>Elaine:
Did the same as Red while also beating him and blue.

Finally, he have the strongest:
>Rosa:
8 badges, elite 4, champion, beat the champions and gym leaders of every region, beat Red, Blue and Cynthia at the PWT.
