I've used shifty and altaria before. Shifty performed much better than I thought and altaria sucked the entire way through. It evolves late, levels slowly due to higher exp needs, and doesnt hit that hard to justify it.

with base 60 SPD, its the only 'bulky' pokemon that will be OHKO'd by an average 100 SPA flamethrower, fire blast, or overheat. It MIGHT live a blaze kick if it invested in SPD

I played emerald recently, my was team was this, quite similar to yours. I've never trained a Milotic but I kind of want to.
Claydoll and Pelipper ended up not doing anything at all during E4, kind of a letdown.
It was my first time playing emerald and I had no idea Steven was not the champion anymore so I thought Claydoll would come in handy.

you can do it without a live battery, just need to soft reset the berry master's wife a few times until she gives you two Pamtre berries, and get some other beauty raising berries throughout the game. and thanks to the day never changing, once you find one feebas you can always find them in that spot for the correct nature.

Seems silly. You would need to spend time looking for Seedot on route 101 when it only has a 1% chance of appearing, Aron is pretty jobby during most battles, Manetric isn't available until Slateport and it doesn't have a good movepool, Swablu isn't available until Meteor Cave and takes forever to evolve afterwards and Milotic is Milotic

Are you shiting me? Blaziken can destroy anything with a good Flamethrower or Sky Uppercut, Swampert tanks anything, and Water and Ground STAB makes him a monster. Sceptile may be weak, but is fast AF, a Scope Lens makes him a Critical nightmare (pun intended).
