How come not a single Rival, Gym Leader, Elite 4 or Champion have a single Shiny Pokemon?

Are they all shitters unable to find or breed one? Whats the excuse?

Just double checked and apparently in TCG Cynthia card I'm referring to, her garchomp is shiny too. Never knew that since it looks the exact same

Good question. Shironasisters and Redbrothers, why is our queen/king a shinelet when it's easy as fuck to find shinies, especially nowadays (at least since Gen 6, but Gen 3-5 too excluding FRLG, if you count RNG abuse)? These are all shinies I found in the last week or so in Sun by SOS chaining:

At this point they should drop the term "shiny", just call them alternate colored and make them as common as regular Pokemon. If people aren't injecting them, the games are handing them out for free more and more as time goes on, so it's not like it matters anymore.
