When will we have an ice type pseudo legendary?

Ice type pokemon are not only underrepresented but most of them suck, with a few exceptions like Weavile, Mamoswine, regional Ninetales and regional Darmanitan.

Well shit, who knew that most of the Ice-type Pokémon being shit is because the ones that are shit are slow and Ice is a terrible typing for slow Pokémon to have?
