I really like how BW2 has a girl blocking the Pokemon Center counter in Castelia City the exact same way there was a girl blocking the Pokemon Center counter in Castelia City in BW1 with the exact same dialogue. It's neat how they threw this in as a callback and for lore showing how some NPCs have twins who speak the same way.

Slightly higher levels overall, gym leaders and other important trainers have one extra pokemon and tweaked movesets. It's a huge improvement over the base game even though the PWC side trip becomes even more pathetically easy given how hard you'll overlevel everything in there (as they're set to be level 25, but that cap isn't applied to your team).

No it isn't. The only Pokemon games to even remotely have a challenge is GSC if you use a full team of 6, BDSP's Elite Four, and Ultra Sun and Moon because the scaling assumes you're using EXP Share and you'll be very underleveled without it while the late game trainers actually have some EV'd teams
