"DLC" will either not happen or be so insignificant that even mentioning it on Pokemon presents will be an insult to the customers.
Gen 9, probably wont be announced either.

That is IF the direct is even happening still, if something big like gen 9 or a new game were being announced the English Twitter account wouldn't be dragging it's ass to announce the direct.

Hope I'm wrong btw... but im probably not...

Pretty strange considering we got Litten as a starter just last gen. I don't know why they'd be so quick to do a cat starter again. Unless it's a different kinda cat maybe? I'll take your word for what you're saying about Chinese-based Pokemon, but it's not like we haven't had those pretty regularly (especially given how much Japanese myths cross over with Chinese ones). Like you could say Reshiram and Zekrom were Chinese-inspired since they had that Yin Yang thing going on.
