Lumineon, a Pokemon whose identity revolves around bright lights, learns very few light-based moves (Flash and Confuse Ray by breeding only). It also does not learn Quiver (Butterfly) Dance despite being a butterflyfish.
It can, however, learn:
>Gust, Silver Wind, Ominous Wind, Bounce, Tailwind, Twister, Giga Impact, Hyper Beam, Secret Power, Air Cutter, Signal Beam, U-Turn and more
in addition to natural Attract though level up as early as level 10. This Pokemon is wack.
