I was searching for this thread. I do feel nothing. It's probably because of the art direction and the fact that i hate spain as a choice for a region. The starters are shit too imo, the game looks soulless. At least if they kept Arceus mechanics it will be fun to some extent i guess.

GF doesn't have faith in the franchise anymore. They are milking it dry with yearly realeses because they feel the franchise could die at any second if they don't pump it full with new cute pokemon constantly.
And here I thoung Pokémon Legends would be a turning point for the franchise, but I guess they just catched lighting in a bottle, and I know they are gonna milk the fuck out of that spinoff too.

Like the mon, still not buying mainline. I do hope they bring back Mystery dungeon, would be nice to play with these many pokemon now.

I'm cautiously optimistic, seeing how PLA seems to have been a solid backbone the series is looking to build off of.
Just hoping they can fine-tune the battle system, while keeping the catching mechanic, and maybe some more dynamic Pokemon interactions in the overworld.

Eh I've skipped ORAS, USUM, Let's Go, SwSh, BDSP, and Legends at this point. I am always open to see if Pokemon can possibly pique my interest again. It hasn't happened yet but I don't think it's impossible. I still fundamentally enjoy the formula.

this is where i am too, aside from ORAS. i'd have to see the gameplay elements that i loved brought back for me to at all end up buying a game again. that, or actually including a full set of new pokemon for once instead of like 50~.
