no. Crocodiled could be close enough to snakes. Altho thats a big reach imo even as a zodiac believer. But this wouldn't be the first time they've done this, cyndaquil is a shrew but it represents a rat because rat really just means rodent in that case. In this one, snake might just mean long ass reptile and that thing can still turn into quetzalcoatl.

Truly no other creature has ever had both teeth and feathers before. It couldn't just be a stylized theropod dinosaur despite that matching up with the entire rest of its body and it looking nothing like a snake.

Well, if we're doing mental gymnastics, its feet and wide jaws remind me of hippos, hippos are related to horses therefore its a horse. It's not very extreme to say one long reptile could be swapped for another. It's not that serious, anon.
