How many towns are we gonna have this time around?
The map surely shows the big ones but do you think there will be small villages scattered through the land?

God I hate gamefreak geography, at least the obligatory desert area is appropriate for the region this time but is the snow region really necessary? At least place it where the Pyrenees should be.

If it is the size of all the hisui areas stuck together as an open world i wouldn't mind, PLA's already the game i spent the most time on in the main campaign, and there's likely to be actual multiplayer, battle facility etc. on top of it now.

Spain/Iberia actually has a lot of deserts so it makes sense. The lake makes no sense when they have such a long coastline. Snow area should be in the Pyrenees but no doubt it'll be somewhere nonsensical.

They really should just stick to making Japanese inspired regions instead of Euro-theme parks based on their paid vacations.

It is no surprise, apparently the size of the reigon in terms of playing through it is 1 zone in the botw game, but atleast you can do the gyms in any order and pokemon levels scale with badges

I think the Map will be on the small side due to the areas themselves being bigger. Kind of like instead of "8 towns, 10 routes and wild area" instead we'll have "4 towns plus the wilderness" and together that entire map will be roughly the size of all reas in SwSh combined.
