I think my favourite is Chimchar, I didn't like him nearly as much when I was a kid but now he just makes me happy when I look at him, so he's been a mainstay on my last three teams. I also like him because of his arc in the anime after Ash adopted him.
Aipom is another monkey I've started liking recently.
