Sword and shield has that same soulless design they’ve been using for a while now. Scarlet and Violet make the games feel fresh and new and less like anime shit

But seriously, no. SWSH still looks like utter garbage. Pokemon has never looked worse than those games and while I'm not explicitly a fan of the human designs in Gen 9 it's literally the only blip in the radar. No one complained when Gen 7 gave us God awf half-chibi gremlins.
