Leader is a paper thin character with one personality quirk and has lofty ideals and unrealistic cartoon villainous goals that makes the evil team “need” to harm/kidnap/monetize pokemon.
You have one heart to heart exposition dump with the leader where his goals sorta seem just but are ultimately pushed too far to the extreme for them to make rational sense.
They never do anything “evil” on screen and you’re just told that they are the villain
His goons are inept meme filler encounters and he’s got 3 captains that blindly parrot whatever uninspired dogma the main villain says
You dunk on him 3/4ths of the way through the story and the absence of him and his team have no impact on the story

She should be around your age, and similarly act as your rival. Prodigy vs prodigy a la Black And White, but with a twist. She shouldn't have some sob story, but instead be a complete irredeemable bastard of the likes we haven't seen since Giovanni.
