How does Game Freak do it? Scarlet and Violet will be the most radical step forward in the entire franchise, completely rewriting the rules of what a Pokemon game looks and plays like with slightly updated textures and a new one-game gimmick that will be instantly forgotten for being half baked and overpowered but successfully ruining all gym battles in the game from its overuse.

It's an instant purchase as far as I'm concerned.
