Not strictly photorealistic, just less cartoonishly exaggerated than the usual MC for a Pokemon game. Like, they think SV kids look like extras rather than the star of the show.
So "realistic" just isn't the best word here. Mundane would be better. Add relatively and that makes it really clear.
