Lore Question about Dragapult

If a trainer owns a Dragapult, does he own the two Dreepy in Dragapult’s head too? Are the Dreepy bound to Dragapult? Are they just conjurations rather than actual Dreepy?

If a single Poke Ball can hold two Kangaskhan (the mother and its baby) and six Falinks, I don't see why holding Dragapult and two Dreepy is out of the question.

It is canon that pokemon shrink to fit inside the pokeballs. Why would there be a limit? It's like humans with beds, yes most beds hold one human but sometimes two.
