Any typing is fine by me, it could even keep the Poison type and just add some secondary.

My absolute pipe dream would be a new Celebi, considering Celebi was the last mythical to be designed without heavy western influence, I would want to see how she would look like in 2022 style.

Plus giving her some PvP quality I hope.

Meowth is always a good pick, since hes supposed to be the token cat, and as we now cats adapt and change a lot to their environments, so it makes sense to different regions have their own Meowth.

I agree on Arbok. They've had different hoods through the generations, and there's always been this think in the fan community that Arboks have different patterns on their hood from different regions, but nothing has ever been done with that officially, since the patterns just change to whatever game you port them to.
Maybe not a fully fledged regional form, or just in addition to one, it would be nice to see a variety of different patterns appear on Arbok.
