What are so QoL upgrades you're hoping for in Gen 9? For me I'd like;
A rusty bottle cap to set IVs to 0, although a way to freely adjust IVs to be any value not just min or max would be even better.
An easier way to farm the EV feathers, or preferably just a shop that sells them
And A way to transfer a Pokemon to a different ball.
