Let me break it down for you.
For one, the fingers are uneven and messy. The pose is shit, too. It doesn't look like it's stepping forward, it looks like it's trying to catch itself from falling backwards. It's got "IT JUST GETS BIGGER" disease, but in a way that legitimately doesn't make sense, even when it comes to normal "IT JUST GETS BIGGER" disease in actual Pokemon art. This is just Fuecoco taking a spiritual shit; it got some on its eyes, so I hope it enjoys pink eye. Speaking of which, the circles around the eyes are uneven.
