I like that the clothes seem more detailed compared to SS. The blush on the default guy is fucking gay though so I’ll probably have to use a darker character.

In some shots they look okay, but in others it looks like they used too much blush on the faces. I'm not a big fan on the default look of the characters either, very bland and the female protag's outfit doesn't differentiate her from the male protag in any way.

I can't help but feel this will be the most cringe and zoomer-y game yet. The outfits imply a school setting and the protags look younger than ever. It's probably going to be catch pokemon to learn about them because you're not a real trainer yet (PLA reskin). Just aimless wandering with no sense of progression

There are different ways the school could be used.

1) It's a trainer school and the game is completing what is essentially your homework.

2) There's a school competition going on with Oranges vs Grapes in an eventual youth league.

3) We start the game on the first day of summer vacation and you can ditch the uniform soon after and then your only tie to the school will maybe be running into some of your teachers and classmates during the course of the game.
