Does it still exist? How did it go extinct? Why is it not in Unova? Do more members of the genie family exist

It’s Dex entry states that it only vists hisui during spring. So it either still vists just we never saw it, or it stopped and is just chillin in it’s home region (not Unova, Unova lore states there is only three genies) it might reside in Gen 9s region

All of the Forces of Nature are nomadic. Keep in mind that you can only get both Tornadus and Thundurus in BW1 from trading. Normally, you only happen to get lucky and find one of the duo flying around. Landorus is a lot more proactive in fighting against his two brothers, so he was able to be summoned by uniting the two while Enamorus didn't give a rat's ass. Later games outside of PLA just put them in the same boat as the other returning Legendaries, so not really much lore to dig out here.

The therian forms of the genies seem to be based on the four symbols. Tornadus representing the vermillion bird of the south, Thunderus representing the azure dragon of the east, Landorus representing the white tiger of the west and Enamorous representing the black tortoise of the north (note the snake). There is also a center beast based on the yellow dragon, which could be for either Kyurem or the original dragon

Every time a new Pokemon is introduced, the lore is retconned so that they always existed. Hisuian Pokemon never went extinct. They just weren't programmed into the games yet.

because lekei and draco werent native to hisui, so when the temples where made the must not have known about them, or leki and draco where created after the og 3, which seeing as electricity didnt exist in ace int times could be possible, also what if Lekei is responsable for the creation of electricity?

It's unclear. All the genies like to roam. Landorus seems based in Unova because it's warmer than Hisui and he has a whole shrine in his honor, but there's no telling where the others make their beds. All the old verse tells us is that Enamorus has a compelling reason not to be dicking around in modern Sinnoh, which has zero genies as of DPP.
