>>49826345And that universe has internal logic where it makes sense, the case being they're Pokémon. Pokémon makes it clear there's a divide between people and Pokémon and it groups Pokémon as a collective group.
For example all Pokémon have the ability to shrink, and pokeballs work by taking advantage of their natural ability to do so, Pokémon can understand one another, Arceus even has cute interactions where they bark at each other and talk to one another, they live in the wild, the existence of egg groups shows that a wide variety of species are related to one another. They're basically a very connected part of the natural world of Pokémon.
Humanity on the other hand exists outside of Pokémon natural framework and humanity is detached from the natural world. Take for example Masuda explaining that humans and Pokémon are two completely different groups, example humans can't shrink even as a defense mechanism but all Pokémon do. Humans in the Pokémon universe appear to be biologically the same as real world humans, we've seen pregnant humans in the show meanwhile the people of the Pokémon universe are apparently clueless on how Pokémon reproduce. Humans can't understand the barking of Pokémon and it's implied Pokémon can't understand humans either. In some ways humans appear to be alien to the natural world of Pokémon.
Really some of the themes Pokémon deals with is humanity interactions with the natural world and the beasts that inhabit it as well as living in harmony with nature. But humans exist outside of the framework of Pokémon thus there's no good reason to believe the nonsense you talk of. It's all just incel fantasies where they get to groom and molest their *fictional* pets and harass the local wildlife.
