The exact caption on the official website says you can bring Pokémon from other regions. When Bank/Home opened up, you could bring the regular versions of the Galarian and Alolan forms into SM and SWSH and Alolan forms into LGPE.

GameFreak knows Home's a piece of shit so to reward you for having PLA Save Data on your Switch, there's going to be unlockable spacetime distortions or special trades for all the Hisui Pokemon, and Enamorus will make another appearance to be fought and caught..

Inci used the low speed to its advantage, thanks to uturn/parting shot.
Typhlosion has a chance, in huge part thanks to infernal parade, but that depends on what ability it gets. I wouldn't count on it though, Chandelure doens't see much play. Maybe if Typhlosion learnt earth power

Chandelure is slower and doesn't have Eruption. Typhlosion might also get Focus Blast as the Johto version gets it, which is perfect type coverage with it's STABs
