It is more creative than the "actual DP midi note for note with slightly better instruments" that we could have gotten, but the Arceus theme has always struck me as placeholder, and rather than fill out or "complete" it they just remixed the placeholder. This sounds like something funky you'd throw in as a bonus track on the soundtrack release.
