First randomly spawning alpha mon was a shellos in sandgem flats. Evolved him into a Gastrodon asap and tanked everything in the entire game. Saved my behind when Giratina appeared.

Same for me honestly. Even as an alpha ursaring it was great. Once I randomly got a peat block, this shit carried the entire thing.

I didn't have one single MVP, but Gastrodon was definitely invaluable on my team, and it along with Scizor and Dusknoir operated as a squad for tanking and catching legendaries.

I caught it just for the pokedex and cause it was an alpha but it ended up never leaving my team, def carried me at times. Its animations are so funny too 10/10
