Never, They only did it in BW2 because it was a "third version" of sorts and because spriting for them was super easy (and they even reused the bulk of the assets).
A new game would need to make brand new 3d models and animations for all old leaders which is alot more work and there are also a lot more leaders that exist right now than existed back in G5
