Also, the Pokedex entries in Silver, Fire Red and Soul Silver, all state that Feraligatr will get on all fours when it isn't in the water because it struggles to support its own weight outside of it.
That's what real life Crocodiles and Alligators do.

I like him the way he is as a fan of big bipedal monsters, but he would be sick as hell running on all fours.

My problem is never when a pokemon is bipedal, my problem is when they're perfectly upright like a human. They need a hunch, and Feraligatr has that.

Start as a quadruped, should stay a quadruped (Incineroar fucking sucks too)

Only exceptions to this are Braixen which is just okay, not good but not awful. Delphox is still kind of shitty though. And Rhydon which is great, but then is shit on by Rhyperior for good measure because the game secretly wants me to be right about this.

To be fair full bipedalism is pretty rare in real life. You got humans, gibbons, birds, kangaroos, and a few small rodents, and that's about it.
Animals going from bipedalism and back to quadrupedalism is extremely rare.
