Do you think they'll bring back Galar and Hisuian forms in Scarlet/Violet?

I really like Basculegion and Ursaluna and hope they bring them back. They could even do a fossil gimmick where they explain why each went extinct in Hisui.

Arms were too blunt to catch prey, got beaten by wild Scizor and crushed by other competing predators
>Humans came over and had their own Growlithes which became feral and bred out the native dogs

Appear to mimic Pokeballs like some sort of ghost, as Pokeballs got updated, so too did they to camouflage
>Typhlosion/Zororark
Bred out by the cold
>Qwilfish
Change in sea climate (from Manaphy?) meant it didn't have to eat as much poison

Too slow, got eaten by the Sinnohians and other Pokemon
>Ursaluna/Wyrdeer
Pelts were overused, hunted to extinction

Feathers utilised, hunted to extinction as well
Not sure about Avalugg and Samurott

Reminder that the Basculin isn't Hisuian and it's called White-Striped Forme so it could easily have migrated to Spain since Legends Arceus if they really wanted

It fucking isn't, Galar is flipped top to bottom from real-life UK, meaning Kalos CAN'T be south of it, due to the crown tundra being at the south of the landmass and northern Kalos being warm and sunny.

And they're native to Kanto, yet found themselves in Galar long enough to adapt to the dynamax energy of the region, yes.
Not exactly explaining how they can't show up in SV there if Game Freak want to add them natively.

idk the lore in pkmn, but Voltorb are based on the believe that items come to life after living for 100 years, hence why Voltorb is #100 in the dex

Exactly. Crown Tundra is the northern part of the landmass. It's only flipped because Gamefreak didn't want the player to start at the top and work down for some autistic reason.

A lot of Pokémon show up in regions outside of the ones they are introduced in. Gen V is the only exception.
Regional Pokémon on the other hand have always been exclusive to the region they release with.
