I think fire starters are the coolest. I like grass the least, but I don't dislike any starters, simply indifferent towards some.

delphox is eh ok, charizard is good, blaziken is eh alright, incineroar is meh, emboar is nice and the best starter of its gen, cinderace is awful, infernape is pretty cool

venosaur is great, sceptile is meh, torterra is ok and would be cool if it were much bigger, chesnaught is pretty bad, rillaboom is kinda bad, serperior is blah, meganium sucks, decidueye is cool as fuck

blastoise is ok, freligatr is ok, swampert is good, greninja is cool, primarina sucks major ass, samurott is meh, empoleon is nice, inteleon is eh not as bas as they say
